Bhutan is known as the land of happiness, for; it is the perfect place to have mental and physical wellness. Thus, it is not wrong to say that Bhutan and yoga go hand in hand. In this yoga retreat trip, you will have a yoga teacher with us throughout your stay in Bhutan and he/she will provide or train you in the art of maintaining your mental, physical and spiritual wellness. We are confident that you will go back home bereft of stress and physical pains. At the end of the trip, you will feel refreshed and relaxed.

Itinerary
Upon arriving at Paro International Airport, situated at an elevation of 2200 meters, you will be transferred to Thimphu, the capital city, which is nestled at an elevation of 2300 meters above sea level. After settling into your new surroundings, take some time to explore the town, indulge in some shopping, or experience the local culture. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to unwind with a rejuvenating yoga session, preparing you for the adventures that await you in Bhutan.
Rise early and spend an hour engaging in a yoga session. Throughout the day, indulge in a full day of exploration, which will take you to various landmarks, including Dochula Druk Wangyel Chorten (108 victory stupas) at Dochula Pass, situated at an elevation of 3,150 meters, as well as Chhimi Lhakhang (temple of fertility), Punakha Dzong, located at an elevation of 1,200 meters, and Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendrup Nunnery. In the evening, unwind with another hour-long yoga session.
Embark on a hike through the picturesque rice terraces and forests to reach Khamsum Yueley Chorten. Take a leisurely stroll across the suspension bridge, enjoying the scenic views. In the afternoon, experience the thrill of river rafting. To begin and end your day, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga, with a one-hour session in the morning and another hour-long session in the evening.
Our day begins with a 30-minute yoga practice, followed by breakfast. We’ll then head to Paro, where we’ll explore the iconic Paro Dzong and National Museum. We’ll also make a stop at Kyichu Lhakhang, a historic temple dating back to the 8th century. As the day comes to a close, we’ll unwind with another yoga session before settling in for the night.
Before departing the hotel, we will begin with a 30-minute yoga session. Next, we will embark on a challenging hike to the renowned Taktsang Monastery, also known as the Tiger’s Nest, which sits at an elevation of 2900M. The trek is expected to take around 2 hours to complete. In the evening, we will reconvene for another hour-long yoga session.
